Tacos El Güero in Utah

"Decided to stop by this little taco/burger truck for a quick lunch. I got a double cheeseburger. As other reviews say, the cheeseburgers are actually pretty good. It reminds me slightly of In and Out burgers. I hear the Mexican food they have is pretty good too but I’ll have to try that next time. Prices aren’t terrible. The prices on the menu are what you pay, tax is already counted for. 5 stars for everything but there location/atmosphere. It shares a parking lot with a title loan company and the roads around it can get pretty busy at lunch time. There was a sign saying they’ll be moving soon but the lady working wasn’t sure where or when they’d be moving. Overall, very recommended to try if you want a burger, a taco or maybe even both."

"Tacos El Guero is one of 2 good Taco Trucks in town. They are only open for lunch. Their Carnitas are fantastic. I usually order a Carnitas Quesadilla which is excellent. The tortilla is crispy and there is lots of meat and lots of cheese. I've tried the double cheeseburger a couple of times. It seems to be a favorite of people who go there. Not bad, but a little skimpy on the toppings."

"Tacos were good. Smothered chile verde burritos were just edible. The chile verde was just stale tasting shredded pork instead of chunks. The burritos were mostly rice. For $15, I would have expected better. Willing to try something else but won't ever have the chile verde smothered burritos."

"The best taco truck in Vernal! Delicious tacos, at a great price. But the funny thing is, they have some of the best burgers in town! There used to be a burger place called Polar King. It was one of Vernal's hidden gems. It was torn down for a hotel, but this taco truck has their recipe and even one of their grills! Fantastic burgers!"
